Our Story
Mannsteel is founded by Manoj Dave with over 25 years in the metal packaging sector across Oman and the UAE. His career began as Co-Founder and Factory Manager of National Metalcans (Oman) where he established and grew operations. He later Co-founded Elegant Industries in the UAE (One of the leading metalcan manufacturer) managing growth and building close ties with global tinplate mills and machinery manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
After these entrepreneurial ventures, Manoj moved into senior leadership at Balmer Lawrie (UAE) as Product Sales Head for the metal packaging business, serving some of the region’s largest customers. Today, through Mannsteel, he combines this experience to advise and supply clients across the GCC and Middle East, Turkey and East African Countries.
His work spans metal packaging, product development and market expansion, he has built strong partnership with leading metalcan manufactures of Paint, Chemical, Food Products, Lubricant, Edible Oil and Aerosol Cans.
